The average vacation rental cleaning cost for a one-bedroom property nationwide is $52.57. This price is up just slightly increased by exactly $1 from last quarter’s average of $51.57.

Two- and three-bedroom properties saw the same effect, with an increase in overall averages compared to last quarter.

The average two-bedroom rate is $72.11, up 5.34% compared to last quarter’s $68.45. Three-bedroom property cleaning averages scraped above $100, up 5.50% from last quarter.
